Note:

September 8th - October 30, 2009: Registration open to Surrey District Schools only

October 31 – December 1, 2009: Registration open to all schools on a first-come, first-serve basis

Because of the venue change for 2010 there are fewer performance time slots and registration had been restricted. Registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis based during both time periods. Later groups will be put on a “waiting list” and slotted in if cancellations occur. Withdrawal Policy

• In District Registration (SD36 schools only)
• Out of District Registration

What's Included

Free admission to ALL evening concerts (depending on availability) and the opportunity to experience North America’s top jazz groups and musicians.

Registration fees also include:

• Participation in a valuable educational festival.
• Elegant stage performance, including warm-up facilities and follow-up clinic by one of our adjudicators.
• Taped and written adjudications.
• Clean CD of performance by Hi-Cee Recording.
• Storage room for instruments.
• All lunch hour concerts and extra workshops.
